Structure E+1+1L2
This structure is an eccentric octahedra , with 2 square 3×3 vertices , and 4 rectangular 2×3 vertices. Note – this solution is an extension to solution S001L2 with 4 trios of spheres added. It can be extended to solution E-1+1L3 by adding a line of 14 spheres around the equator.
