Structure E-1+1L6

This structure is an eccentric octahedra , with 2 rectangular 2x3 vertices, 2 rectangular 1x3 vertices, and 2 rectangular 1x2 vertices. This structure is an extension to E+1+1L6, with a stripe around the prime meridian, adding a stripe at the equator produces E-1-1L7. All solutions related to this structure have too much dipole for even marginal stability.
